Frequently Asked

Most wedding days naturally fall between 8–10 hours of coverage, and our full-day option gives you the flexibility to capture every moment without forcing you to choose what to skip. We’ll build a custom timeline based on your priorities, whether that includes getting-ready moments, multiple venue transitions, a first look, cultural traditions, reception events, or a final exit. If you’re planning an elopement or intimate ceremony, please reach out for our partial coverage pricing which only covers the absolute essentials. 

How many hours of coverage do we need?

While Florida is home, our passports are never far away. We’re always hopeful and excited for the chance to travel wherever your celebration calls.

Do you travel? 

Typically, couples reserve us 8–14 months before their wedding day. While we generally don’t book more than 14 months in advance, you’re always welcome to reach out, we’ll be glad to add you to our follow-up list and keep you on our radar. For portrait sessions, bookings are usually made 2–8 weeks in advance.

How far in advance should we book you for our wedding/portrait session?

Turnaround time varies by season, but we guarantee a sneak preview within 7 days of your event.
Your full online gallery will be delivered within 12 weeks, and films within 16 weeks. Once delivered, you’ll be able to share your photos and films with loved ones and order prints.

How long will it take to see our pictures or films?

We are! Just let us know if your venue requires a certificate of liability, and we will send that over to them.

Are you licensed and insured?

This estimate varies depending on your wedding package, number of guests, venue and other factors but for full-coverage weddings, you can expect a minimum of 500 high-resolution edited photos with a minimum of 30 high-resolution edited photos in your sneak preview delivered within 7 days. 

How many pictures will we get?

In the unlikely event that we’re unable to photograph/film your wedding, our contracted second photographer and/or second videographer would step in to ensure you’re fully covered. If additional support is needed, I’ll also provide a list of trusted colleagues from the many networking groups I’m part of, so we can find the perfect replacement. Fortunately, our contract outlines this to protect both of us should this situation ever arise.

What’s your back-up plan if you can’t photograph/film our wedding as planned?

Yes, we believe both photo + videos are equally important. Video captures the emotions and words you’ll want to relive, while photos are essential for prints, albums, sharing, and preserving your memories in a tangible way.

Do I really need photo + video? 

During pre-wedding meetings or through questionnaires, we’ll discuss your favorite genres and any specific song requests. We then review the footage and select music that matches the vibe of your wedding and our creative edit. Using a licensed music platform ensures your videos can be shared without copyright issues. While we take your preferences into account, the videographer retains final creative control to choose the music that best fits the event style, feel, and licensing requirements.

How is the videography music selected?

We don’t provide RAW files, as they aren’t a true reflection of our work and require special software to view. To give you the most elevated experience, we deliver only the final edited images and films in our signature timeless, true-to-color style that is bright, full of life, and ready to be cherished.

Do you offer raw images/footage? 

All payments are processed securely through our client portal. We accept the following payment methods:
Credit & Debit Cards: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and Discover
Bank Transfers (ACH): Direct bank-to-bank payments for U.S.-based accounts
Mobile Payments: Apple Pay and Google Pay
For security and record-keeping purposes, all payments are handled digitally through our secure client portal.
